 Employees who use electronic communication systems assume personal responsibility for their appropriate use and care, and are expected to comply with all applicable agency policies, as well as local, state and federal laws and regulations.   These systems are not to be used for personal business during work hours.  Electronic communications may contain information that is confidential in nature, including personal  health information, which is protected by federal and state laws.  Unauthorized forwarding, printing, copying, distribution, or use of such information is strictly prohibited and may be unlawful.
